Not offering any judgments here one way or another, but I do know a good lab that some of them might want to talk to! What's really informative and inspiring here is the way that some of these pros have adapted to the age of digitally savvy moms and dads to create value around what they know and do. It's easy to complain about how things are and pine for what they used to be, but it really is cool to see how some of these folks have changed their businesses to fit a changing world.
